The Special Rescue Training Academy, Mumbai imparted Refresher Course in Swift Water/Flood Rescue for the Fire Personnel. A total of 35 nos. of Fire Personnel attended the refresher course in two batches, Batch-I from 15.03.2021 & 16.03.2021 and Batch-II 17.03.2021 & 18.03.2021.

The Refresher Course comprised of field demo practice at Fire Force Headquarters and Mandovi River Crossing near Divar Island under the guidance of Shri. Ashok Menon, Director DFES, Shri. Rajerndra Haldankar, Divisional Officer (Central Zone), Shri. H. Gil Souza, Station Fire Officer (Panaji), Shri. Dilip Gawas, Station Fire Officer (HQ) and Shri. Lalit Negi, General Manager for Training Drishti, Goa was also present during the training.
